Brain crack: Part 1.

Real quick:

I'm writing down some recipes.
Bagels, in particular. 
The recipe says to 'punch dough down,' as you do with bread-like products.
Instead of writing that, I wrote FALCON PUNCH dough down.

Here is the idea:
Nerdy cook book. Yeah, there are some out there.
But this one will be mine.
